UX Research & Usability
End-to-end research on WorkPoint Express 365 — from stakeholder workshops through moderated testing and reporting.
- Collaborated with the product manager, marketing team, and developers to align UX goals with business needs
- Facilitated workshops and worked directly with stakeholders to define requirements
- Developed a UX research plan, conducted mock and live usability studies with 15 participants
- Produced a usability report and presented findings to stakeholders
Key Achievement
Attachment save friction uncovered
Identified a major usability issue: only 5 out of 12 participants could successfully save attachments. Insights led to design improvements that addressed this friction point.
