Tracks of Work
My work at Grundfos spans three connected tracks — an internal tool for sales engineers, the Grundfos GO companion app, and the SQ CU controller experience — combining product design with hands-on UX research.
Track 1
Internal Qualifying Tool
An internal product that helps sales engineers qualify clients and navigate complex decision flows with clarity and consistency.
- Designed wireframes and high-fidelity UI to simplify complex client qualification workflows
- Produced usage manuals, ensuring smooth adoption by sales engineers
Track 2
Grundfos GO App
The mobile companion professionals use on-site to connect with pump controllers, diagnose issues, and configure systems. This track is research-led — shaping how we learn from users before we ship.
- Defined the UX delivery process for research and testing
- Ran workshops to generate research questions and designed a moderated usability study process
- Developed a recruitment strategy for testing, ensuring user insights drive interface decisions
Track 3
SQ CU Controller
UI design for the SQ CU control unit experience — aligning the digital interface with how installers and stakeholders need the product to behave in the field.
